So Close to Brew Day We Can Almost Taste It

After a month of construction and some literal blood, sweat and tears – Danger Shed is built and ready to pump out some great beer and mead! We finished up the floor, put in lights, and moved in all the brewing equipment last week with plans to brew our first batch next week.

There’s plenty of room for all three of us to move around on brew day. Brewing with three people may seem excessive but we’ll be doing more than the average homebrew set-up.

For the first brew day, we’ll be whipping up a simple golden ale recipe. It will be fast fermenting and ready pour from the draft box within two weeks. We’ll let you know how it goes!
