New Batch Interface
We've simplified the New Batch interface and made it faster with Auto-completion and default pricing.
Sub-Batches
The new update introduces Sub-Batches. This functionality allows you to divide a batch into different kegging runs. For example - let's say you keg a batch into 5 sixtels and 15 half-bbls. Keg Punk allows you to do this by creating two sub-batches, one for each type of keg. You can also come back later and create additional sub-batches if you keg in stages. Check out the diagram below!
Each selected keg type will create a unique sub-batch.
Batch id
Batches can now be given a custom Batch ID. This can be anything you want, as long as it's not an ID that's been previously used. Each sub-batch is identified in the following way:
Sub-Batch Name = Beer Name + Batch ID + Sub-Batch ID
The Sub-Batch ID is automatically assigned based on the number of other sub-batches from this batch.
The first sub-batch created from the batch below would be Dark Line - 11Jun2022(1)
New Sub-Batch
You can create new sub-batches if you have already created a batch and are kegging more from it at a later time.
Edit Sub-Batch
You can select and edit sub-batches after they've been saved. You can change everything about the sub-batch EXCEPT for the Beer name, Batch ID, and type of keg.
Default Pricing
You can now set default pricing. Sizes and price will be auto-selected when you create a new batch, making things easier and faster.
