Manage Taps
Keg Punk allows bartenders to easily manage taps throughout the work day. The Taproom tab is a visual representation of your taps - from here bartenders can add, return, or empty kegs while simultaneously (and automatically) adjusting cellar inventory and the tap list display.
Setting Up the Taps
The Taproom tab is the main screen. From here, bartenders can interact with tap buttons to add, return, and empty kegs. These actions simultaneously adjust cellar inventory and the tap list display (if one is displayed).

On the Options tab, you'll find a Taproom section. Change these options to fit your set-up.

Add keg to empty tap
To add a keg to a tap, start by clicking an empty tap button. This brings up a tap options interface.

The list on the left is your available cellar inventory. Click the batch you want. This bring up the batch summary on the right.
To tap a keg from the selected batch, click Tap It!

Tapping a keg does three things:
It adds the keg to the tap button
It adjusts the cellar inventory counts
It updates the tap list display (if you have one displayed)

On the right side of the screen is the On Tap listbox. This shows what is on each full tap. Taps rows highlighted in red indicate that this is the last keg from this batch (there are 0 left in the cellar).

Manage full taps
If you need to return a keg or mark it as empty, click the tap to bring up the tap options.

From here, you can Return or Empty the keg.
Selecting Return removes the keg from the tap and adds it back into the cellar inventory.
Selecting Empty removes the keg from the tap and logs it to data.

Mark taps as busted or fixed
You can mark taps as Busted if they are out of order. This makes it easy for bartenders to stay up to date.
To mark a tap as Busted click the empty tap button to bring up the tap options, then click Tap Busted.

This marks the tap as busted.

Once the tap is back on line, click it and select Tap Fixed.

This returns the tap to normal.

Adjust tap button size
In the image below, the taps fit nicely on the screen. But if you adjust your screen size they may not.

In this case, you can click the Optimize Tap Size button in the bottom right of the Taproom screen.

This resizes the tap buttons to fit on the screen.

It also works if you maximize the screen. Below you can see the tap buttons are now too small. Click the optimize button to make them fit.
