Export Data to .csv
In Keg Punk, you have two sets of data that you can export to csv files:
Cellar data (everything currently in your inventory, does not include what's currently on tap)
Log data (everything that you have emptied or allocated)
csv files can easily be opened in a spreadsheet editor such as Excel.
Go to the Options Tab
In Options, scroll down to the "Data" section. Here you'll find tools for exporting.
Click "Export Data Location" to set the default path where files will be saved.

Export Log Data
Log data shows everything you've emptied or allocated. You can select "All" to export the entire file, or specify any subset, such as a specific year and month.

New log exports will overwrite any existing log file with the default name of "Log Data.csv". To avoid overwriting, I suggest renaming the file after you've exported it.

The new export file is saved to your default location.

Right click the file and open with your preferred app.

Keg Life Cycle Ranges:
In the Log export, you'll find several columns relating the the timeline of each keg.
Brew to Input # of days between brew date and keg date
Input to On Tap # of days between keg date and on tap date
On Tap to Empty # of days between on tap date and empty date
Input to Empty # of days between keg date and empty date (only applies to allocated kegs)
Export Cellar Data
Cellar data shows everything you currently have in the cellar (this does not include any kegs currently on tap).

New cellar exports will overwrite any existing cellar file with the default name of "Cellar Data.csv". To avoid overwriting, I suggest renaming the file after you've exported it.

The new export file is saved to your default location.

Right click the file and open with your preferred app.
